1. Processing & Dispatch

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Warehouse Location: All items ship from our fulfillment center in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

2. Standard Delivery

Estimated Timeframe: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Shipping Partners: We work with reputable couriers; actual delivery times may vary based on their network and your location.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only. GirnarBot cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.

3. Customer Liability for Delays or Loss

In-Transit Issues: Any delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping partner are the customer’s responsibility. GirnarBot cannot be held liable for packages delayed, misplaced, or lost once handed over to the courier.

Tracking: We provide tracking details via email/SMS. Please monitor your shipment and resolve any courier-related issues directly with the carrier.
4. Shipping Address & Pincode Accuracy

Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and correct pincode at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or pincode, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order to the corrected address.
5. Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us (e.g., refused delivery, wrong address, unclaimed):

You must cover all additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Orders will only be re-shipped once payment of these charges is confirmed.

No Warranty on Parts: All drone parts and components are sold “as-is.”

Usage Risk: These items are intended for use on flying vehicles. GirnarBot makes no guarantees as to performance, and any damage resulting from crashes or misuse is at your own risk and expense.

Manufacturer Defects: While we inspect all products before shipping, any claims for obvious manufacturing defects must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence. Replacement or refund of defective items is at our sole discretion.​
