  • "Products" means drone parts, components, and related accessories sold on the Website.

  2. Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

  3. Prohibited Activities: You shall not misuse the Website (e.g., hacking, distributing malware, infringing IP rights, or spamming).

 
3. Orders & Payment

  1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

  2. Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude taxes and shipping. We may change prices without notice; however, orders accepted before a change will not be affected.

  3. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and RTGS/NEFT. Payment must be received before order processing.

 
4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery Estimate: Standard delivery is 3–5 business days, subject to the shipping partner’s timelines.

  2. Risk of Loss: Once handed to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. You are responsible for tracking and claims with the courier.

  3. Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing correct shipping details. Additional fees apply for returned shipments or address corrections.

 
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  1. Final Sale: Except for manufacturing defects, all Product sales are final, with no returns or refunds for change of mind or misuse.

  2. Defective Items: Report manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 10–12 business days to the original payment source.

  3. No Warranty: Products are sold “as-is” without any warranties; you assume all risks of use on flying vehicles.

 
6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by GirnarBot or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

 
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
