GirnarBot Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GirnarBot. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Change of Mind

All sales of drone parts and components are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as “change of mind,” incorrect usage, or compatibility issues.

2. Manufacturing Defect Claims

  • Eligibility: A refund may be granted only if the item has a verifiable manufacturing defect.

  • Claim Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect.

  • Assessment: GirnarBot reserves the right to inspect or request return of the defective item before approving a refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–12 standard business days from the date of approval.

  • Method:

    • Credit/Debit Card or Digital Wallet Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card or wallet used for payment.

    • RTGS/NEFT Bank Transfers: Refunds will be transferred to the same bank account from which payment was made. Please ensure your bank details are accurate when submitting a claim.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our support team at support@girnarbot.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographs or video demonstrating the defect.

  3. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and guide you through any further steps.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where only certain components of an order are defective, a partial refund may be issued corresponding to the defective item(s) only.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges and any return‐shipping costs (if applicable) are non‐refundable. You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning defective items for inspection, unless otherwise agreed in writing by GirnarBot.
